Cardiac Services have a dedicated Customer Service team available to deal with all enquiries. Our 25+ Clinical engineering team provide technical support from project inception, installation, post go-live preventative maintenance and upgrades to end of life disposal. Ensuring you meet all your compliance requirements at every point in your equipment's life cycle. We provide out of hours support on critical systems. Working in partnership with our customers we can augment the available in-house technical support. We offer a range of support contracts which can be tailored to each customer's requirements.

Our workshops based in Belfast and Dublin offer a return to bench service available to all our customers. Additionally, we boast a state of the art Endoscopy workshop in Belfast, the only one of its kind in Northern Ireland, for the service and repair of flexible endoscopes. This workshop as with all our activities are regularly audited by the manufacturer, thus ensuring our local facilities and services match those of the manufacturer in addition to our ISO9001 Quality Standard.
