"Thanks so much to everyone who has sponsored me for the 96mile route of the Lap of the lough. A very difficult challenge and although the course wasn't quite the 100 miles according to my strava (GPS) still a very challenging day on the bike. I managed to beat my target time by 30mins so well chuffed. Please look at a few pics (I’m in red BHF top) and if you haven't already paid me please can you do so by the end of the week so I can get the money to the BHF. Many thanks and I will pass on the total figure once it's all counted but you will be glad to know with your help we managed to beat my £500 target. I'm a tad sore to say the least. But all for a great cause."
