Cardiac Services has been awarded a multi-year contract with The Health Service Executive (HSE) to deliver Nervecentre Software as the nation's exclusive Acute Floor Information System (AFIS).

This multi-year contract with the HSE represents a commitment to enhancing the delivery of Acute Floor Information Services, across 40 hospitals in Ireland. The contract envisions a single gateway to unscheduled and emergency care services, offering streamlined access to specialised care and risk assessment.

This marks a significant milestone for Cardiac Services as they embark on the implementation of a cutting-edge, mobile first, digital patient record system. Ronan O Brien, Managing Director, Cardiac Services believes:

The Cardiac Team has a proven track record of implementing similar systems with great success in ICUs throughout the country. However, this venture marks an entry into the Electronic Record realm outside of ICU, particularly within the Emergency Department and its supporting areas.
