The Garda First Responder Pilot Programme was launched on Friday the 3rd March at Connolly Hospital Blanchardstown.
The Garda First Responder Pilot is part of the Connolly Hospital Public Access Defibrillation Programme. Connolly Hospital received funding for the pilot from the Brendan Keating Memorial Fund and Cardiac Services Ltd. Brendan Keating died in 2003 of sudden cardiac arrest.
