Cardiac Services have been working in collaboration with Sysco Software Solutions on a video review of the successful implementation of their new mobility app.
The new service mobility app allows real time transparency of engineer activity and allocation of service tasks. Our customers are delighted that paper service reports have been replaced by electronic documents which are dropped straight into their mailboxes shortly after they have signed on the engineers tablet device.
Administration of service calls has been streamlined through avoidance of moving physical documents and data entry duplication, thereby reducing job closure times by 75%.
We are currently rolling the app out to our clinical training and education team where it will assist us in keeping records of the large numbers of clinical users trained each year.
