Q. Can I return unwanted goods?
A. Returns Policy
• Requests must be communicated without delay and in any event no later than 1 week post delivery
• Only items accompanied by our “Return Order Confirmation” documentation will be accepted
• All items must be returned unused in a saleable condition and in their original unopened and complete packaging
• A minimum 15% restocking charge will apply
• Carriage costs will be the responsibility of the customer
• These conditions do not affect your statutory rights

A. We have a comprehensive repair service available for the majority of medical equipment. Please contact our Customer Support department for further information.

Q. Do you have an environmental policy?
A. Our Environmental Policy Statement.
We place the highest priority on environmental responsibility.
We believe that an appropriate balance can and should be achieved between environmental goals and economic wealth, this means having the ability to continue providing our customers with high quality products and services in a socially responsible manner. We aim to protect and improve the environment through good management and by adopting best practice wherever possible.
In particular we will:
• Achieve and maintain full compliance with all relevant environmental legislations, regulatory obligations and standards.
• Prevent pollution to land, air and water.
• Reduce water and energy use.
• Minimise waste and increase recycling.
• Identify and manage environmental risks and hazards.
• Promote environmentally responsible purchasing.
• Involve customers, clients and suppliers in the implementations of our objectives.
• Provide suitable training to enable employees to deal with their specific areas of environmental control.
• Improve the environmental efficiency of our transport and travel.
• Establish targets to measure the continuous improvement in our environmental performance.
To help achieve these aims we:
• Use renewable energy supplier.
• Re-use all packaging where possible.
• Recycle all office paper, toner and ink cartridges.
• Dispose of all medical & biohazard waste appropriately.
• Encourage staff to use public transport, cycle or walk to work.
• Encourage staff to share cars when possible.
• Encourage e-mailing. When paper is necessary, photocopy on both sides and use old letterheads for notes.
• Encourage teleconference instead of travelling.
• Encourage staff to work from home when possible.
• Turn off all equipment when not in use.
• Maximise our energy efficiency by closing all doors and draught proofing and insulating the premises.
All employees are responsible for working towards the objectives contained within this policy.
