2 Jul 2007
This is the fourth acquisition by The Sisk Group in Healthcare, following its earlier acquisitions of M.E.D. Surgical, Cardiac Services and TEKNO Surgical. Liam Nagle said : “This is another key milestone in the development of the Sisk Healthcare business and is an important part of building our business in the United Kingdom “
Commenting on the acquisition, Bill Dempsey expressed his excitement about this positive development as it will provide our UK customers with an unrivalled team across the continuum of care, while maintaining and enhancing what they have come to expect from each of the companies. Bill further added it will also give us the ability to provide “best in class” training and education to both the hospital and the expanding primary care markets.
Liam Nagle explained that the enlarged organisation will trade as Cardiac Services Ltd.- a Sisk Group Company. The Beaver Medical brand will be retained until familiarity with the new entity is achieved.
Cliff Juby, Business Development Director confirmed that he is totally committed to maximising the clear synergies that exist between Cardiac Services and Beaver Medical to ensure that we provide increased capabilities across the UK market in the future. Cliff further added that this acquisition is a great opportunity for all employees to improve the quality of support that we provide to you.
It is our intention that the same people will continue to manage your account so that there is minimum disruption to you. Given the shared objectives of both organisations to deliver premium customer care we are confident that the integration of the two businesses will be achieved quickly and will have little impact on you, our valued customers.
It is important that we point out that this new and exciting company structure will result in beneficial changes which we will be communicating to you well in advance.
We look forward to continuing our business relationship with you. If you wish to discuss this new opportunity further, please do not hesitate to contact us.
