A job reference number will be allocated to track your unit and report back findings. The job reference number should be attached on the unit by affixing a label to the equipment.

Our job reference number should be quoted should you require an update on your equipments repair status.

Decontamination Form:

A Decontamination form must accompany all equipment sent into our workshop for repairs.
